Craft Connections
Our group ranges from novices to seasoned pros, with no membership list or fees, just people who meet every fortnight to discuss our craft projects, and anything else we feel like. Dance Classes for Children
Db4dance classes are for children with or without previous dance experience who wish to learn in an encouraging, fun, but also a challenging environment. There are no exams but the classes cover the same level of work. Children gain a great understanding and appreciation of different genres and themed music.

Feldenkrais
Feldenkrais® classes involve gentle movements with an emphasis on awareness and use of the breath. As well as improving balance, posture, breathing and flexibility, classes can help to change movement habits that cause pain and increase enjoyment in everyday activities such as walking and sitting.

Pilates Fusion
Classes incorporate classical and contemporary Pilates, along with a variety of movements from different workout styles.
