All hire rates include GST.

Hire of all venues includes shared use of the kitchen and bathroom facilities.

All venues have a noise curfew of 10.30pm on weeknights and midnight on weekends.

The Brooklyn Community Centre and Vogelmorn Hall are wheelchair accessible.

 

 

 

Vogelmorn Hall

Corner of Mornington Road and Vennell Street,  Brooklyn. Opposite the Vogelmorn Tennis Club room and courts.

Hire rate: $18.00 per hour including GST

Capacity: 171 people

The Vogelmorn Hall includes a gently sloping stage ideal for performance. The hall has a polished wooden floor, a spacious open kitchen, modern bathroom facilities and electric heating.

There are 65 chairs and 10 trestle tables available.

Brooklyn Community Centre Hall

18 Harrison St, Brooklyn

Hire rate: $18.00 per hour including GST

Capacity: 80-100 people

The hall has a polished wooden floor, ducted gas heating, and easy access to the kitchen. There are 20 trestle tables and 100 chairs available.

 

 

 

 

Brooklyn Community Centre lounge

18 Harrison St, Brooklyn

Hire rate: $14.75 per hour including GST

Capacity: 20-30 people

The lounge is carpeted with 3 couches, and has gas heating and easy access to the kitchen. Chairs and tables are available if required.

 

 

 

 

 

Brooklyn Community Centre RSA room

18 Harrison St, Brooklyn

Hire rate: $12.00 per hour including GST

Capacity: 12-16 people

The RSA Room is fully carpeted, and has electric heating and comfortable seating for up to 16 people.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brooklyn Community Centre kitchen

18 Harrison St, Brooklyn

Hire rate: $5.25 per hour including GST (half price if hired with another Brooklyn Community Centre room)

Capacity:

Our modern kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner gas hob, an extractor fan, an electric oven, a microwave, a hot water zip, a fridge, and a dishwasher. We have a limited amount of crockery and cutlery. Please note hire of all Brooklyn Community Centre rooms includes use of the kitchen for basic tasks such as tea and coffee making.

 

 

 

 

Vogelmorn Green

Adjacent to Vogelmorn Hall on the corner of Mornington Road and Vennell Street, Brooklyn. Opposite the Vogelmorn Tennis Club rooms and courts. Access through gates at the front and rear of Vogelmorn Hall.

Vogelmorn Hall users have free use of the Green.

Capacity: 200 people.

Vogelmorn Green has a soft surface so is suitable low impact activities; football, tennis, fitness, children’s parties. Flat/sports shoes or bare feet essential.
